Casting Crown Leadership was founded by a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience and real-world psychiatric practice ownership. After decades working across clinical settings and witnessing the challenges many advanced practice nurses face—particularly the lack of structured support after graduation—the vision for Casting Crown Leadership was born.
Throughout a long career in nursing and mental health care, one problem became clear: many highly educated psychiatric nurse practitioners graduate with strong academic preparation but limited access to supervised clinical experience, mentorship, and practical guidance for building sustainable practices.
Casting Crown Leadership was created to close that gap.
Our mission is to equip psychiatric nurse practitioners with the clinical authority, job experience, and business intelligence required to practice confidently, secure employment, or launch independent psychiatric clinics that expand access to mental health care.

We support first-year graduates, experienced practitioners, and clinic owners through supervised clinical training, fellowship pathways, and business infrastructure development.
